Best Extraordinary Pizza!

Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza is truly unique and special in flavor and in design! When we were invited to their soft opening at their new location in Grapevine, Texas, we thought, okay, pizza is pizza, what so extraordinary about it? Well, after we got our first order placed on our table, we were so surprise at the quality of taste, freshness and the presentation of the dish. It was Burrata e Crudo with fresh burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes, Prosciutto di Parma, and served with rosemary focaccia bread on the side.

We were invited back to their brand new Mansfield location for another soft opening. We brought our family. They were so excited when they saw the presentation of the Burrata e Crudo. We then order the Star Luca. It is a star shaped pizza, filled with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Italian tomato sauce, Calabrian spicy salami and basil. The pizza dough is a 72-96 hours naturally fermented dough. No sugar added in dough and sauce. It was love at first bite!

We then order a few more pizza to try. Yup, we felt in love with the presentation and the flavor was amazing and delicious! By the way, we grew up in our Italian home with Italian dinners almost every day. Our home cooking comes with fresh herbs all the time and fresh homemade sauce. It is impossible to match the home cook flavor from our aunts and my husband. But Mister O1’s extraordinary pizza has truly won our hearts.

Then it was dessert time. We order two of their three desserts on the menu, Nutella Pizza, and Nutella & Banana Calzone. Before I can take a good picture with everyone’s reaching for the Nutella pizza, but it was gone in seconds.

We were so honored to be their 360 panorama virtual tour photographers of their Texas locations!!

Check out their virtual tours on Google that we did. Here’s their menu and their website for all their locations: Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza – Dallas, Grapevine, Mansfield, and Flower Mound!
